On occasion, the Joyride band will proudly perform a few of their own creations...



  1. • Whiskey Swillin’, Red-Headed, Devil Woman  ~~  written by the band’s own Paul Richl.  This, a tribute to one of Joyride’s favorite fans.  It describes well the little package of Evil that can bring the best men to their knees!



  1. • Big Walter  ~~  written by the band’s lead singer, Hagen Gunderson.  This, a story and tribute to a long-time Minneapolis,  Blues singer “Big Walter” — a legend in his own time!  This song is a testament to the simple beauty of caring and sharing.



  1. • A Peck on the Cheek, Just Ain’t Enough  ~~  also written by Paul Richl.  Another tribute to one of Joyride’s fans.  It describes this man’s endless quest for more than a “peck on the cheek!”



  1. • Mary of the Prairie  ~~  yet another creation by Paul Richl.  This, a very special tribute to Paul’s favorite fan.  It describes the special lady in his life and their meeting!
